Revamped HR Onboarding Process: Completely built from the ground up a new I9 process for the company using Classic ASP, VB .NET, SQL, and JavaScript which was previously done on paper/email/phone. The failure rate of applications decreased from 95% to 20% after the process was deployed.Time Clocker: Two completely new pages for employee time management, one for the employees and one for management, built using MithrilJS framework, C#, .NET, SQL, and AJAX. This was to replace an existing system on a Microsoft Access database that was being phased out. Updated TSDE payments page to be more dynamic and show additional information by utilizing jQuery, C#, .NET, SQL, and AJAX to allow the Payroll Department and Management to add, filter, delete, and edit Special Payments (Bereavement, PTO, etc.) for company representatives. Timesheet Messages: Added text field in company phone application using dotJS, C#, .NET, and SQL to allow Reps to enter any issues encountered when completing assigned service orders (i.e. tolls, issues with completing assignments, issues with stores, etc.). Before, the process was handled manually by email and phone calls, which included manual assistance from IT. Walmart Scheduler: Created a data table using AngularJS, AJAX JavaScript, C#, .NET, and SQL to display Walmart VOLT data (a subdivision of Walmart) that displays and filters work order information, allows users to update data live on the page and save to the database.

Technologies Used: VB.NET, ASP.NET Web Forms, SQL, GitA VB.NET application using the ASP.NET Web Forms platform to create a scheduling application tied to a SQL database. Intended for the administration staff at Washington University’s Residential Clinic to schedule staff in respective slots constructed with a dynamically rendered HTML table built from the VB.NET code behind file and based on required attendant criteria gathered from monthly residents assigned using staff credentials stored within a database. Stored queries were maintained in an internal repository class in the application for frequently used methods to be easily accessed. Staff can enter in data based on model classes which is then ran against validation functions before being stored to the database.
