Responsibilities include imaging, preparing and documenting desktop and laptop computers for deployment, documenting and tracking IT tickets in Helpspot, providing end users’ desktop and laptop support and deployment, installing, modifying, maintaining and repairing personal computers and network hardware and software, investigating and resolving problems with computers as well as peripheral devices such as printers, assisting with hardware and software set-up for new associates, associate moves, and new office roll outs, providing direct support for services such as office phones, cell phones, and hand-held devices such as Blackberry Phones, video conferencing and remote VPN access. Participating in a on-call rotation for after hours support.

Responsibilities included traveling to client sites to resolve network issues, implementing site assessments for new VCPI clients, acting as a liaison for escalation issues while working with the VCPI Help Desk, managing remote clients both onsite at client offices, providing support for all Windows-based desktop applications, notebooks, printers, and peripheral devices, ensuring client connectivity to communication devices, including but not limited to network hubs, network switches, routers, printer/servers, and remote access servers, establishing and maintaining client connectivity to work critical systems, including Windows-based servers, Citrix, UNIX, and AS400, developing and implementing documentation/work flow for VCPI Field Service processes and procedures, including all hardware, software, and facility inventory.
