I started out performing at a young age, training to be a singer, pianist and cellist. Whilst studying I fell in love with the sport of karate and after competing at european level, found myself working in the fitness industry. I was still performing as an instructor and presenter and also working hard to innovate and improve what we were doing as an industry in terms of excellence, but also as a nation in terms of our health and wellbeing. At this point, my passion for coaching really developed; whether it was coaching individuals to face their physical challenges or with leaders and teams in helping them to perform and achieve way beyond what they thought possible. I am now honoured and excited to be a coach with Planet K2; a unique, values driven business that delivers coaching, consultancy and content to help our customers improve performance. I work with individuals, teams, leaders and organisations who are already brilliant at what they do. I support them to step up to a higher level of performance by applying psychology concepts from world class sport.
