We founded Shocklogic in 2000 (with incorporation in 2001) as an IT company supporting PCO's and the conference and exhibition industry. As a small team we developed a suite of software to fit in with the needs of Association Conferences & Events, and those in that sector. This suite has expanded and evolved over time. In 2005 Shocklogic was bought by Congrex and at that time I moved over to manage offices within the group.

I was with Concorde Services 6 years and continued to work with them as my client with Shocklogic once I had left. I started in 1994 as a Conference Planner but soon moved to head up the registration, accommodation and abstract management team. I finished in 2000, but returned to assist as an independent consultant for their biggest events which took place in 2001, as Operations Director supporting the Managing Director, Sarah Storie-Pugh with the management of offices in London and Glasgow.
