Your insurance claim can be negotiated to include products and recommendations best for you and your home or building. Specifications can include your roof selection itself, ice and water barriers and/or synthetic felts, the drip edge, rake, valley, step and counter flashings as well as ventilation, all the way down to the unique fasteners and sealants used.We can represent the Owner by monitoring the progress and quality of the work being performed by contractors. We can assist in the administration of construction contracts to ensure compliance with approved plans and specifications. We can represent the Owner in the initial plans and specifications with architects and engineers. We can participate in the design details and provide third-party reviews of the architectural plans and specifications.You will see and understand the details put into your new or repaired roof.
