Rizwan was the Technical Microsoft Account Partner for Natwest (RBS) and Microsoft Chief Architect with overall responsibility for the growth of the account, sales, signing, revenue, technical direction and relationships at CxO level.During the 5+ years in this role, Rizwan has generated over $xxm in sales, $xxm delivery as well as growing a dedicated Microsoft financial services team across delivery centres in Bangalore, Slovakia & UK, making this the largest Microsoft Account in IBM UK.Rizwan has also undertaken Microsoft CTO role during this period managing a team of Technical Architects and a focused set of delivery teams ranging from 30 – 60.Prior to this Rizwan was the Chief Architect & Executive within the Microsoft Financial Services European Practice, his role consists of CxO level engagements with European banks, and financial institutions providing thought leadership, governance, enterprise architecture and programme delivery.

Rizwan is also responsible for building the CRM practice within CIBER UK for Financial Services, helping define best practices, building key relationships with Microsoft and help CIBER UK be recognised as one of the thought leaders for Microsoft CRM globally.
