Responsibilities:- Supervised a 3D department consisting of 3-5 team members and coordinated their work.- Developed and optimized processes related to the creation of gaming locations.- Created gaming locations from blocking to the production of working PSD files with multi-layer rendering.- Designed 3D models for visual elements of the UI.- Prepared and wrote technical documentation and guides, as well as conducted workshops on 3D graphics.Achievements:1. I created an asset library that reduced location development time by 30% while enhancing their quality. Additionally, this library proved valuable in other departments of the company, such as the Creative and Community departments, improving the quality and speed of creative content creation.2. Together with another artist and a programmer, we developed a custom add-on for layered location rendering, reducing rendering time from three days to one.

Responsibilities:- Modeling props, environments and characters;- Full pipeline of creating 3D models: Highpoly, lowpoly, retopology, UV unwrapping, Baking (normal maps, AO, etc.), and Texturing (PBR, Handpainted, Toon Shader, etc).- Optimization of models and textures;- Rendering with Eevee and Cycles engines (setting up materials, lighting, camera) different scenes and props;- Import and setup of assets in Unity and Unreal engines;- Working with URP in Unity: graphics optimization, setting up the render pipeline (Toony Color pro 2);- Drawing up guides, providing feedback and managing a team;Achievements:1. I demonstrated initiative by learning a game engine and taking on the role of a technical artist, bridging the gap between programmers and artists, thus saving the company money on hiring an additional specialist.2. Collaborating with another artist, we created an asset library that allowed for asset reuse with minimal adjustments, saving time in graphics development for the hyper-casual department and enabling more focus on hypothesis testing and game design.
