Represented the IAM group as a multi-country coordinator of authorization to private cloud technologies. 1. Fielded local and global requests on Jira to authorize users to databases (Oracle, MongoDB,Elasticsearch) and mainframe transactions. Requests included provisioning for DaaS, IaaS, PaaS. 2. Executed provisioning tasks on designated platforms: RACF for host, UI security console for AccessControl Lists (ACLs) and User Rules, and inner backend transactions (APX). i. Working knowledge of change management processes: gained approvals for liveenvironment data and resources prior to execution. ii. Aligned execution of work based on project teams’ timelines and needs. 3. I continued data analytics skills and techniques from time spent with Innovate Birmingham. I assisted with web design, multi-media content, and research (First Class Pre-K Evaluation and Research).

I earned certifications and experience with data analytics tools (i.e. Excel, Access, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, etc.). I collaborated with peers to collect, organize, and manipulate varying data sets in order to provide clarity and structure for analysis. By using tools like PowerPoint to present relevant data in a meaningful and organized way, I exhibited my ability to communicate with data and give context to reinforce the data's integrity and importance.

I assisted in bulk preparation of food for sale by Covenant Presbyterian Church. I provided catering services including weekly meal pickups, which raised funds for our church Mission trips. I also assisted in catering church events, such as wedding or funeral receptions, and ministry events. I gained valuable customer service experience. This included skills such as treating customers with utmost respect, and politely fulfilling requests during events or pickup. In addition, I assisted customers and event attendees around the church, doing my best to satisfy their needs. I trained 6 employees, improved workflow productivity, and took a leadership role when called upon.

I provided interpretation services in the dental clinic. I consistently logged patient information and daily visits on hospital-wide computer applications and submitted accurate invoices.

I facilitated the development of continued communicative skills in Spanish as a second language through additional knowledge about culture in the Spanish-speaking world. I utilized emergent technologies and teaching strategies to teach 80+ students to communicate effectively in more than one language in order to function in a variety of situations and for multiple purposes. This also helped students connect with other disciplines and acquire information and diverse perspectives in order to use the language to function in academic and career-related situations. Another responsibility of my job was to assist experienced professors with course work both in and out of the classroom. I gained valuable knowledge through observing effective classroom skills and strategies to promote the acquisition of foreign language.
