Work nearly in real-time with a physician and their care team to complete documentation of clinic visits; recognize, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies, discrepancies, and inaccuracies in medical dictation; edit documents consistently and fairly according to guidelines, standards of style and formats of practice; verify patient information; oversee and train new QDS employees regarding proper documentation and client formatting; provide documentation coverage for a set of healthcare providers; listen to audio recordings of patient clinic visits and leverage technology to summarize medical facts into EHR; maintain a high-quality standard and adherence to account-specific documentation; achieve proficiency in navigating EHRs and enter clinical reports/data into client EHR; excellent typing skills and 10 Key, strong attention to detail and multi-tasking
