Recruited to be a part of the Liquid Technical Team for the Asia Pacific region to build the International Supply Singapore Technical Centre. Played a significant role in establishing the entire analytical laboratory from setting up all equipment, getting all required licenses, and creating a Laboratory Management System.Responsible for managing all Diageo products covered under Brand Technical Equity World Wide Compliance Sampling, Supplier Development/Ingredient Qualification, and Brand Assurance for APAC region ensuring that all Diageo products in APAC region are produced in strict compliance with the company specifications and regulations.Key Contributions: • Managed CAPEX of £200K – introduced new equipment and additional methods of testing to increase the capability of the analytical and liquid commercialisation laboratory.• Initiated actions to investigate and resolve any non-conformances to ensure that Diageo’s high standards are maintained.• Achieved the target of 95% turnaround time for all analytical testing.• Spearheaded the Auditor Qualification Framework for APAC region.

Oversaw the 2nd shift of QA/QC Department. Responsible for ensuring that all products meets and exceeds customer requirements and company product specifications by performing quantitative and qualitative testing of ingredients, intermediate samples, raw materials and finished products.Identified key organoleptic/sensory attributes for dairies, beverages, savory flavours and fragrances.
