Multiplex Is a Premier Global Construction Company, Shaping Skylines and Delivering Iconic Projects For Over 55 Years.Job Description:- Involved on The Glebe, a super-prime residential development in Chelsea, from throughout tender negotiation stage for the Schoolhouse Fitout, including pricing and placement of shell + core & fitout packages ranging from £ 800k - £ 7.5m+ up until final account- Assessing various client change items from tender to construction issue, agreeing and distributing via instruction throughout supply chain, including to implement applicable change within sub-contractor orders- General sub-contractor administration tasks e.g. applications / valuations, managing RFIs and reconciling client information / schedules, assessing an issuing instructions and change control items etc.- General commercial applications such as cash flow and cost value forecasting, project reporting, analysis and management of risk items, administration of head contract requirements etc.- Regularly involved on site with MPX and Sub-Contractor production teams to help inform on Sub-Contractor obligations and responsibilities, project requirements etc.- Assessed and negotiated head contract VO account to close down all remaining items with PQS- Package management generally for the above, monthly valuations, necessary instructions, managing VO accounts etc. through to final account and settlement
