soso is a music duo from Los Angeles consisting of Ryan Aicklen and Danny Thrasher. Danny and Ryan met at Icon Music Production School in Burbank. Ryan was Danny’s instructor and mentor. Building a connection off of both being jazz guitar players and instrumentalists their whole life and having similar musical aspirations, they began working together and formed soso.soso has been working behind the scenes with other bands and artists honing their skills and developing a workflow to propel their ideas and voice. This LA duo has worked with 30 Seconds to Mars, Anna Lunoe, and DJ Drew of 102.7 KIIS FM. On the horizon, they have teamed up with Australian producer, Hansaa along with vocalists such as A.CHAL, G4SHI, Oliver Tank, and Bobby Saint.

My responsibilities include teaching the Synthesis and Arrangement Course, developing Ableton and Arrangement Curriculum, and one on one mentor sessions.

Performed around the country at various music festivals and clubs. Produced and engineered for other artists such as Carmen Rizzo, Daniel Bedingfeild, Ru Paul, 30 Secs To Mars, Anna Lunoe, and others.

My responsibilities include remixing, engineer, studio tech, live tech, and assisting with administrative duties.

Five of Five Music Entertainment is a student-run entertainment company based out of California State University Northridge. I was selected to be one of two Co-Producers responsible for managing 40 students, interviewing and creating departments, conducting meetings, and everything else that comes with running a company. This is a year long project where the students are given a budget to sign an artist who they develop and produce.
