As a CDR with Power I was responsible for setting up homeowners in the community that we had previous installments with a free estimate on a future exterior home remodeling job. Within my first quarter of employment I was on track to get into leadership/ management. I also was in advanced leadership training within a month of me working with the company. My job duties consisted of:• Knocking 80-100 doors a day no matter the weather conditions outside• Perfect the scripts given to us during initial training.• Perfect advanced scripts after initial training• Handle a variety of different situations and objections at the door with the homeowners I spoke too on a daily basis
