AEP is among the nation's largest generators of electricity and owns the nation's largest transmission system, a nearly 39,000-mile network that includes 765 kilovolt ultra-high voltage transmission lines, more than all other U.S. transmission systems combined.Appointed to create, improve, and sustain the PMO’s Project Lifecycle Process. My duties included cross-functional collaboration with internal and external stakeholders; construction and preservation of business process documentation; development of key performance indicator (KPI) metrics for project deliverables; facilitation of employee change management training; and the execution of various Lean transformations across AEP. The result of these efforts led to both standardized best practices for project implementation and realizable cost savings. The latter of the two being reallocated back into the organization's aging infrastructure.

TS Tech is a global supplier of automobile seats and interiors, with operations in 72 locations across 14 countries including the US, Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Japan.Instituted applications of value chain analysis, re-engineering of antiquated business procedures, 6S and Lean manufacturing; a culmination that aimed to streamline internal and external logistics for this Tier 1 supplier to Honda. With such an extensive supply chain, standardization became key to establish a baseline for continuous improvement.

Midwest Express maintains a strong global presence with over 25 years of consolidation center experience, operating as a subsidiary of Honda Logistics, Inc. Services include warehousing, engineering, kitting, sub assembly, export packaging, parts sequencing for line side delivery and vendor inventory services. Additionally, Midwest Express provides supply chain optimization and business performance solutions.Served as lead process engineer for the design and implementation of a new consolidation center, currently standing as the benchmark for future consolidation centers in North American Honda. Our team patented and integrated an inventory control system embedded in Honda’s North American Warehouse Management System that would ensure parts are delivered just-in-time (JIT) through utilization of Kanban methodology. The result was the creation of Delivery Management System (DMS), which enabled 100% real-time traceability of parts and a savings of $15M in both inventory and operating costs.

Baja, along with many of its competitors, was purchased by Custom Marine Group (CMG) in 2016.Led the identification and implementation of cost saving efforts to support Baja in accomplishing its strategic performance targets and achieve success through Lean value creation. My work within the Center of Excellence (CoE) group helped realize significant operational cost reductions, freeing up valuable revenue to be allocated towards growing customer satisfaction as part of the company’s central mission for Total Quality Management (TQM).
