My duties consist of daily management of truck drivers loading and delivering milk. As a Transportation Supervisor I rely on an electronic dispatch board to send information to the drivers and to schedule the milk pickups. Daily scheduling is needed as well as daily tracking of paperwork for billing. There is a constant flow of data tracking using computer programs and written billing requirements. I am also responsible for disciplinary actions for the drivers.

I was a Computer Department lead and a full time associate. My duties consisted of customer service and meeting sales goals for my department. Although I worked mostly in that department, I took pride in helping in all areas of the store.

As Transportation Manager my main duties consisted of scheduling drivers. This included deciding which drivers were better suited for certain loads and the days they would work. I was in charge of log maintenance and payroll preparation. Also, appointment scheduling and heavy phone work.
