As the Production Manager for of Blue Tent Marketing I'm apart of the executive management team and responsible for managing the production department and assume responsibility for its operational effectiveness. My focus as the Production Manager is on resources and time management of the production team and the systems that create and deliver BTM's products and services. I'm responsible for managing the Web, Search, Email, Managed Services and Support team's personnel, and holding the team’s directors accountable for meeting the team’s revenue and utilization goals.
