CurrentModernizing utility business processes and infrastructure using innovative technology, industry insight, and over 20-years of IT experience. Lead architectural design decisions for some of the nation's largest IOU and regional Co-op customers alike, guiding cross-functional team efforts through integration of Itron's solutions with utility legacy and vendor-partner back-office systems, and exchanging innovative approaches to next-generation energy concerns between Itron's product engineering teams and it's customers as opportunities arise. Inform, Advise and Implement massive data collection strategies on many-millions of customer-purchased IoT mesh-networked device nodes, enabling achievement of Financial and Reliability goals for Itron's direct utility customers and Channel Partners, and ultimately the energy consumers they serve, consistently meeting challenging Internal and External SLAs.Promote maintainable, repeatable, scalable solutions through adoption and understanding of industry standards such as Multispeak, CMEP, IEC-61968-9, C1219, DNP3, and COSEM and widely accepted design pattern implementations of SOAP/WSDL, REST, and JMS to accomplish vital utility operations including Connect/Disconnect, Demand Reset, Meter Data Export and Outage Detection and Management functions, as well as Volt/VAR, Distribution Automation and other reliability initiatives.
