I have been actively involved in the field of education for approximately 20 years and it is my belief that as teachers we are ethically obligated to enter our classrooms with the highest level of expectation from all students. As educators, we must believe in our students and nurture their growth, not leaving it up to parents or anyone else. I have always aimed to bring an open mind, positive attitude and a consistent approach to the developing of academic skills and behavioral standards within students to impact them holistically. Children are indeed the future but must be guided on their road to success in any field. To this end, I strongly believe that school environments need dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven professional educators with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth of every child. Over the years, I have assisted many students from various ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds to gain success in their school life and successful transition into the real world and positively contributing to the society in various ways.
