I am an experienced process engineer turned value stream manager who is passionate about building effective teams in manufacturing environments. Through consulting internal stakeholders and helping those around me realize their greatest potential, I’ve enabled the successful launch of new product lines and implementation of Lean Six Sigma initiatives. Tactical project management has allowed me to achieve tangible yield improvements and support research and development efforts that uphold the company’s position at the forefront of industry technology. Outside of work, I enjoy time outdoors and like to challenge myself through backpacking, snowboarding and rock climbing. Current efforts include section hiking the Appalachian Trail, landing rotational tricks and lead climbing 5.10’s.
