I have spent much of my professional career within the pest management industry. My background as a proficient and detailed writer has allowed me to excel with documentation. The field has given me a keen eye for detail, as well as the ability to work alongside clients of all types to help provide safe and effective solutions that follow the principles of integrated pest management. In 2020, I stepped away from this field to pursue a career as a self-employed home inspector. The experience was invaluable, though I was offered a unique career opportunity to provide pest management solutions specifically for the food industry. I am currently employed as a Regional Operations Manager for RK Environmental Services, LLC. I consider myself fortunate and proud to work within a company of so many dedicated professionals. I currently manage and oversee RKE's Western New York region, and am proud to provide support to our Service Specialists as well as the needs of our clients.The knowledge I took from my experience as a home inspector has given me a unique perspective in understanding how structural conditions can relate to pest problems within a controlled environment. I pride myself on being a strong communicator, a detailed and concise reporter. I strive for ongoing improvement, as I am continuing to grow and learn from other professionals I meet in this field.
