I am currently a Grade D fee earner, who assists other fee earners with their personal injury files. I also assist with a number of medical negligence files. As well as assisting other fee earners I have my own files, which are a variety of RTA, EL and PL cases which are on the portal system.

I had a large number of remortgage files, which I had to take from the start to the end of the process. This also included transfer of equity files where one of the occupiers were leaving the title to the property. This gave me valuable experience in dealing with clients and more confidence in doing so. I was able to develop my skills for attention to detail.

I assisted the principal of the firm in a number of personal injury cases. This included both fast track and multi track cases. I would interview clients, take statements, draft court documents and carry out quantum research.
