CurrentOperations Management Professional with over 30 years of manufacturing experience. I have held several Senior Management positions in the automotive industry including 15 years as Plant Manager. I have been with OperationsRx consulting firm as a Senior Operations Manager for 6 years and just merged with the Accordion group. Through my consulting career I have led many Lean Deployment Initiatives at Private Equity Portfolio companies. My interpersonal skills and deep knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Shop Floor Accountability, Lean Daily Management, and Total Productive Maintenance gives myself instant credibility when on the factory floor. In addition to my roles above I have also served as Interim Plant Manager, Interim Maintenance Manager, and Interim Capital Equipment Manager. My knowledge of capital equipment and predictive / preventive maintenance is also a valuable resource for large capital deployment initiatives and greenfield plant start-ups. I apply Lean principles and data driven solutions to all manufacturing operational initiatives.
