As the Outside Account Executive for the South Texas territory, I was remotely responsible for the sales and distribution needs of over 120 separate buyers. I managed a diverse customer base with operations ranging from hospital gift shops, private business, multiple-location hotel chains, and multiple pharmaceutical stores across South Texas. The locations of my stores ranged from as far north as Waco, and was spread as far as Laredo and Harlingen. As the Account Executive for Kelli’s and my customers, I routinely monitored market and product trends, solicited orders, facilitated in providing quotes for product purchase and install, as well as provided product and Planogram-style merchandising space installations. I also provided routine on-site visits with all my customers to maintain customer service and satisfaction with all products and services of Kelli’s. I obtained numerous new accounts from various prospecting avenues not to exclude cold-calling and business-to-business pipeline sales. I closely monitored the sales market to predict and plan future product placement for the success of my customers. I worked closely with a sales and management team spread across the nation to provide insight on additional markets and strategies in order to develop monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals and plans to expand the influence of Kelli’s across the market. I was, most importantly, responsible for the welfare and success of my customers. My job, as I see it, was to create and maintain a “Win-Win” relationship with my customer and Kelli’s. My enthusiasm, energy, and hard-work is what I applied to accomplish this everyday.

I progressed through my career with TPWD to Lead Operations and Utility Plant Operator at McKinney Falls State park. It was my third promotion achieved in my four years with the agency. I am responsible for highly complex supervision of maintenance and construction work at McKinney Falls as well as my previous State Park duty stations. I provide strong leadership, training and technical guidance to maintenance staff, volunteers and community service workers in order to safely and effectively maintain and operate facilities, equipment, ecosystems and grounds. I facilitate in purchasing, ordering and inventory of all consumable and necessary goods for park functions and operations. Maintain contracts with various municipalities and entities in order to maintain park operations compliance at all times. Provide and maintain customer service and visitor assistance to a high-visibility, high-occupancy Parks. Provide additional duties assisting in park revenue operations such a reservations, visitor satisfaction/retention and park merchandise and sales.
