I provided end user support for multiple schools within the Blue Valley School District. My responsibilities included, but were not limited to network maintenance, printer support, computer software support, computer hardware troubleshooting and repair as well as audio visual equipment service. I was responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all the equipment within each school and ordering replacement and repair parts as needed. I was required to have an extensive knowledge of many different technologies and types of equipment while having great customer service skills to support the staff within the district.

I completed print jobs to customer specifications in a timely manor. I utilized many print shop machines including; Xerox copiers, wide format plotters, printers and scanners, cutting machines, laminators, binding machines and other finishing equipment. I provided editing and design assistance utilizing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Publisher, Word and Excel.

I demonstrated and sold computers, printers, software and other computer accessories. I provided troubleshooting and resolution for customers' computer software and hardware issues.
