Responsible for the technical aspects of a new flight simulator visual system through all phases of the product life cycle from planning through final customer acceptance, government certification, and customer training. Act as technical liaison to domestic and international customers, commercial and military. Lead on site visual system integration efforts and testing. Lead post-testing defect clearance efforts. Act as a visual subject matter expert to the FAA and equivalent government authorities during certification of new flight training devices.

Install, configure, and test flight simulator visual equipment using prints and other engineering provided configuration items. Dry run all government required test procedures prior to final certification by the FAA or equivalent. Coordinate with the Program Engineer to escalate any issues to the appropriate engineering department.
