I support key systems like SWIFT and internally developed systems. My role includes driving user requirements analysis and UAT proccesses. Despite my primary responsibilities, I am passionate about writing code and often contribute to software projects during downtime. This has allowed me to make noticeable contributions to the team. Here are two of the projects I’ve worked on:Bank's Integration with Mama Money 💰: I developed an application to handle internal voucher redemptions and submit them to the central bank for regulatory compliance. I used ASP.NET (C#) for the backend with MSSQL, integrating services for token validation and central bank submission. The system generates real-time reports and receipts with signed URLs for easy access.Console - Frontend Development 🎨: While building the frontend for Mama Money with React, I noticed a problem—there were too many separate applications, each with its own frontend and URL. It was a hassle for clients to track all the endpoints and passwords. Then it clicked— “Why not build something like the AWS Console, where all applications can live in one place?” And just like that, I started working on what became the POSB Console, a micro frontend application that houses multiple apps. This way, I could create shared components, and all the apps would follow the same design, patterns and interactions 🎨. Each UI component was written from scratch, including its interactions. Let’s just say, I wrote a LOT of JavaScript for this one!To cut it down. I have worked many software projects, and in all of them I focus on the little details that are often taken for granted. These include monitoring tools, disaster recovery tools, adaptive UIs, and bringing real-time capabilities to systems. I’ve worked on modules for central auth, secured many sites, load balancing and more. I work with queues, caching, pub/sub, socket connections, connection pooling, heartbeats to achieve robustness and scalability.

I worked on NetTrail, an Infrastructure as a Product - IaaP software that monitors all network and application activity by logging all inbound and outbound traffic from servers, collecting logs from routers and application gateway servers. I also developed a Progressive Web Application - PWA for clients that allows them to interact with the IaaP in real-time. Clients can configure the service, choose logging algorithms and query logs using this PWA.Before NetTrail, I built Progressive Web Applications - PWAs for financial and retails companies usingASP.NET Core and Vue.js. They allowed users to run department reports on the browser without installing any desktop client-side application/tools. These PWAs used Telerik Kendo UI for reporting, and allowed clients to carry out bulk tasks by uploading pre-processed excel files instead of processing tasks one by one.
