Manage the District’s pipe condition assessment program. Provide information on the current pipe condition by measuring pipe deterioration levels, performing leak detection, and conducting pipeline internal inspections. From this information, make recommendations for pipe repair or replacement. The program has identified over 12 major leaks and reduced the Non Revenue water by almost 1%. Provide engineering support for the District’s corrosion control program by conducting testing with in-house technicians or consultants and implementing corrosion mitigation.

Greenfield site construction team member of a $60M, 300 msf/yr production facility. Duties included selection and procurement of all plant process valves, storage tanks, tank mixers, bearings, gearboxes, autoclaving pressure vessels, and autoclaving rail cars. . Managed the construction of ten process tanks that involved coordinating installation around multiple contractor activities. Developed and performed pump performance tests to commissioning multiple pumps ranging from 20 to 250 horsepower. Calibrated analog control valves, flowmeters, and differential pressure transmitters.Developed critical spare parts inventory consisting of electrical controls, motors, valves, gearboxes, and bearings. Planned and managed weekly outages to perform PM's and repair equipment.
