We provide proactive monitoring and dedicated engineers to all of our clients.As an account executive at Intelletrace some of my main responsibilities include: bringing focus to selling business value/solution to existing customers and prospects, work closely with the support team, cold call new prospects, mine the installed base to upsell/migrate existing customers, update Salesforce with customer correspondence, mine the existing pipeline to uncover opportunities, brief the core team on updates, create unique and repeatable marketing programs aimed at increasing Intelletrace penetration in existing and new markets.Duties Include:-Implement defined strategies and tactics to achieve targeted new account acquisition-Ongoing, pro active qualification, management and progression of sales leads and prospects -Acquire, manage and motivate Independent Channel Partners-Coordinate and assist in resolution of locally initiated customer concerns, complaints and corrective actions.-Pro actively manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction within existing account base.-Establish and build personal relationships within defined channel partners and direct house accounts.-Prepare, recommend and negotiate pricing terms, and conditions for quotations (RFQ's) blanket agreements and contracts.-To act in a positive and pro active manner at all times, presenting the Corporation, its products and policies and the like in a positive manner.
