My role is to ensure Ohio is a military & federal employee friendly state – welcoming personnel & family to be stationed in Ohio.I also work with JobsOhio and its partners to reinforce the importance of military & federal installations in Ohio leveraging existing programs for the benefit of the military.

I coordinate and manage a team of workforce consultants that work with employers across Ohio on veteran recruiting, hiring, and retention. I also serve as the primary ODVS liaison to all public and private employers with an interest in hiring veterans, veteran employee support groups, veteran employment programs, and veteran employment interests. I provide consultation and veteran employment training presentations aimed at assisting employer recruiting, human resources, and management teams in identifying best practices for recruiting, on-boarding, and retaining veteran employees.
