My position here ended in redundancy at the being of the Covid-19 pandemic.I worked as an experienced Senior Account Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the real estate industry. In this role I was required to work with our external partners and key stake holders daily to qualify and source the most suitable solutions for our clients. This role was heavily client/customer focused to guarantee they are acquiring the perfect workspace solution for their business. Another main responsibility was to organise meetings between our clients and external business partners to solidify effective collaboration and ensuring the needs of our clients are being met. Finally I would present across the country at conferences, to external business partner's, key stakeholders, current clients and new potential clients.Also working cross functionally with senior management in the daily running of the sales team, holding forecast meetings and running biweekly training/refresher sessions. Utilising skills in Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Strategic Planning, and Business Development.
