Helping Leaders build a Leadership Philosophy is integral to their Leadership path and development. I am focused on efficiency, constant innovation, & empowering my team while instilling ownership & accountability not only to the job but to their Team. Known as a servant leader, I prefer to work side by side with my teams. It is important to me that I always work on improving myself so that I can teach & coach more effectively & Lead by example. I hold to my values of integrity, respect, & serving other first when leading my team. I want my people to be successful, not just for the brand, but also for themselves & their future development.My Leadership Philosophy is Biblically rooted, some of my key verses are: Colossians 3:17,23; 4:1; Ephesians 6:5-9; Proverbs 3:5-6 & Philippians 2:3-5.Also known for my drive & determination, I don’t quit. When faced with a challenge or an obstacle, I pray, adjust, plan, and give my best.Some keys to success have been the ability to instill “a GUEST comes first” culture that is focused on a providing a consistent, genuine guest experience. I love having the opportunity to really have influence & impact.
