I graduated from SUNY Cortland in 2014, were i received my Bachelor's degree in sociology (with a concentration in criminology, and a minor in history). Through my education i learned many skills that i can apply to any career. I learned to be punctual, organized, communicate, and problem solve. I learned that most things take time and, hard work just like the process to obtain my education. I have worked in the customer service industry prior, and since graduating. My current job as a valet captain has taught me alot of transferable skills. how to communicate with the public, especially during stressful situations. When and, how to help those in need. To be a leader by example, and having the ability to see others perspective.
