Daily performance of security procedures in relation to behavioral and analysis in order to protect the traveling public and aviation operations.Training and daily performance in the observation and analysis of stress and deception related behavior, as well as training for Advanced Behavior Detection, utilizing micro-facial expression recognition and analysis as an additional tool in performance of work functions.Required to interview and question passengers exhibiting suspicious behaviors, questions structured in order to determine the cause of behavioral deviation, as well as discretely monitoring and observing suspicious individuals.Required to compose informational reports, to include detailed narratives and relevant documents, on a regular basis for intra-agency and inter-agency distribution.Required to train and mentor newly hired Behavior Detection Officers as they are integrated into the team.Required to lead and instruct a team of fellow officers, to sometimes include those from other federal agencies.Experience disseminating mission-critical security information via intel briefings.Regular interaction with external agencies, to include Customs and Border Protection, the Federal Air Marshal Service, Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, as well as local police departments.Trained by the Transportation Security Administration and Immigration and Customs Enforcement in the analysis and recognition of fraudulent documents.Experience creating and formatting official government forms to be used by federal agencies.Deployed irregularly to assist in other airport special operations.Received training indirectly related to the field of work, such as conflict management and team-building, to assist in the overall performance of duties.
