4 branches, 15,000 case count, 6 direct reports, 40+ staffKey achievements:• I ran a regional culture day where we treated our sales executives like royalty for the day, I sent out invites to all branches to engage people in the weeks leading up as well as encouraging mangers to get involved, it was a great success with all branches taking part.• I have received 3 personal thank you nominations this year, 2 for charity work and 1 for helping out a store manager when he was on leave.• In engaging with the local community last year I bought my team Easter eggs, instead of handing them out I gave my team the option of giving them to charity, they were thrilled by this idea and decided to give them to a local children’s hospice. We also did a shoe box appeal where we delivered 14 shoe boxes to a local women’s crisis centre.
