Ryan Bunce is a project manager, land agent and Chartered building surveyor specialising in the historic and rural environments and ecclesiastical sectors providing a professional consultancy service to private and commercial property and land owners and managers, in both rural and urban settings.Ryan is also a RICS Registered Valuer.Qualified as a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS), Ryan has also developed his specialist skillset having undertaken the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors post graduate diploma qualifications in both Project Management (DipProjMan) and the Conservation of Historic Environment (PGDipCHE). Ryan Bunce is also an appointed Quinquennial Inspector for a number of Anglican churches under the Care of Churches and Ecclesiastical Jurisdiction Measure 1991.Ryan Bunce further advises the Board of Directors of an Education Trust on the design, procurement and construction of new Primary, Secondary and Special Needs Free School projects.
