Create automation testing scripts on the platform Eggplant Functional for Physician Development. Partake in daily scrums using Kanban. Participate in bi-weekly iteration demonstration meetings that provide evidence on what has been accomplished within a 2 week time frame to the team and stakeholders.

I was on the ESM CernerWorks team. I worked very closely with remedy tickets handling SR's and CR's having an average turnaround time of less than half a day. As well as closing over 10,000 tickets per year which were in regards to Olympus, Oracle, BMC Patrol, BMC Truesight. Trained and mentored 1 colleague as an apprentice.

I worked at an an air facility in Virginia where I became a Team Leader after only 6 months of being at the base. I managed a team of 4 subordinates on 8 hour shifts where I was responsible for 112,000 square miles of airspace. I started my career as an E-1 and made E-5 in a short time of 1 and a half years. I acted as a liaison for pilots in and the coast guard for Search and rescue missions. As well as used maintained and monitored multiple platforms such as GCCS-M, Link-11, Link-16, and various other software applications.
