Primarily dedicated to conducting combat reconnaisance & security operations, closing with and destroying the enemies of the United States & supporting emergency response and disaster management, Ryan's units at various levels have also proven their worth at homeland security, border enforcement, civil engineering, infrastructure security, information warfare & diplomacy.

As President of Bailey's Superior, Ryan led restoration, disaster management, hazardous materials response, carpet & upholstery cleaning, mold remediation as well as logistical and administrative operations. Bailey's Superior is a private, family owned and operated business & a member of the National Federation of Independent Businesses. Ryan is proud to work with Founding President & CEO, Edward F. Bailey, Snr, who established the company in 1986, as well as other family members(service as Apprentice 1988-1995, Technician 1995-2001, Crew Chief 2001-2007, President 2007-2015, technical reserve through present)

As a Strategist for a NATO team, Ryan leads operations & war plans in support of the International Security Assistance Force Mission. The team carries the NATO State Partnership for Peace mission into the future under the banner of shared wartime service. Presently focused on SOPs & TTPs for the 1st BDE HQs, Mechanized Strike Force, ANA, Ryan is proud to serve as a part of a combined Albanian-American Combined Joint Force servicing the overall Combat Advisor mission in support of Afghan solutions.

Vineland, New Jersey, United States

As Senior Warden at The Historic Landmark; Christ Church, South Vineland, NJ, Ryan was honored to be a part of one of the oldest institutions in the City, responsible for the physical maintenance and caretaking of the structures and grounds of a proud Anglican Parish over a century and a half old. He also was able to lead the congregation in organizational, liturgical and community matters. Ryan began volunteering his time at Christchurchshire in 1998 and went on to serve as an Acolyte under the Revd. Fr. Albert Connard Walton, Vicar & Priest-in-charge, WWII United States Navy Seaman, Pharmacists Mate, service aboard the Carriers U.S.S. Essex & U.S.S. Langley with the 3rd & 5th U.S. Fleets in the Pacific Theatre, lived A.D.1925-A.D.2011, as Lay Minister under First Lieutenant William Burke Peirce, United States Army Air Corps, WWII B-17 "Flying Fortress" Pilot, Research Historian; Millville Army Airfield Museum, Planter & Churchman, administered Ryan's oath of office as Second Lieutenant United States Army, A.D. 2004, lived A.D1923- A.D.2010 . Service as Senior Warden from A.D.2002-A.D.2012.

Ryan was employed with Brinks Armored Services. He worked on truck routes throughout multiple States & conducted on site security and vault operations throughout his period of employment. His service was highlighted by award of the one year safe driving pin. Aside from driving, messengering & guarding on armored truck routes, Ryan worked as a coin logistician, currency logistician & vault clerk at the branch. Familiarity with banking & currency operations as well as firearms qualifications during Basic Blue School House are lifelong skills that will benefit business operations for years to come.

Ryan was employed with Rowan University's Department of Military Science, as the Undergraduate Coordinator of Military Science, in charge of planning and executing all mandated training events, managing schedules, transportation & logistics, University Color Guard details & acting both as an Ambassador for the department and the official liason between the University and the Army ROTC.

As an Intelligence Analyst, Ryan had the priviledge of working with some outstanding intelligence community professionals on the cutting edge of the volatile period between the Cold War & The GWOT. His specialties included all source analysis computer interfacing, Soviet Order of Battle, Balkan & Southwest Asian Studies, Operational security & zone intelligence preparation. His assignments included supporting reconnaissance & security operations; Manhattan Island's high speed access points following the attacks of 11 September 2001, emergency relief and disaster management; floods & blizzards, homeland security, civil engineering & infrastructure security at an east coast Atomic generating Station.

Ryan had the honor of serving in New Jersey's primary operational war plans agency at a time of multiple overseas and domestic missions. He served as Future Design & Development Team Leader, Staff Briefer & Clerk over a summer spent working directly for the Director of Mobilization, Readiness & his staff. The Mobilization Plan formulated by the Office was later proven to be an outstanding success during what became proportionately the most massive buildup of mobilzed National Guardsmen in history, largest deployment since WWII.

Ryan was employed with RTI Industries of Wood Street, Center City Vineland NJ, a subsidiary of the Scott-Fetzer branch of the worldwide Berkshire-Hathaway Conglomerate. Ryan was a door to door salesman specializing in the G5 Kirby vacuum system & more. He was in charge of managing customer service, contact databases, appointment scheduling, referrals & financing. In 2000 Ryan became the second person in his family to win the coveted Kirby Silver K Award.
