Track, evaluate and adjust to results accordingly.o Client Liaison: Develop relationships with new and existing clients while coordinating logistics of events within their venues. Maintain schedule, update sales, and create collateral for upcoming events within clients’ venues.o Event Production & Management: Manage and educate venue’s staff responsible for event activities. Greet, seat, and accommodate guests. Ensure successful production (lights, sound, and staging) for a seamless live comedy event. Observe, assess and pay talent. o Accounts Payable: Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and payment, sort and distribute incoming mail, process checks, process & audit bills, respond to vendor inquiries, reconcile vendor statements, research and correct discrepancies, maintain files & documentation thoroughly and accurately. o Accounts Receivable: Utilize computerized accounting software programs (Excel, Quicken, & QuickBooks). Assist in financial management and reporting as requested.o Guest Services: Answering customer inquiries by phone or email in a timely manner, handling ticket or event information requests, accommodating groups and special needs guests.o Talent Coordination: Assess, evaluate, and accommodate weekly talent for any or all of the 6 venues hosting comedy events plus fundraising branch of the companyo Office Management: Improve employee and client retention rates through active communication and problem-solving efforts. Develop and organize procedures and systems for business personnel, including contracting, filing, billing, accounts payable and scheduling
