▪ Played a key role in system implementation for department's quote and contract management database (Counterpoint iMaestro) as well as pitching and asset management software (SynchTank). ▪ Created, implemented, and oversaw all website (www.foxmusic.com) administration processes including audio preparation, grooming, artwork, and ingestion; applying and updating all track metadata consisting of description, instrumentation, style, mood, genre, grouping, soundalike, catalog, copyright, and writer/publisher information insuring accurate front-end and internal website searches.

▪ Analyzed music briefs from ad agencies, studios, and trailer/production houses and provided music recommendations based on creative needs, budget, and terms of use.▪ Assessed incoming quote requests, researched terms, and recommended fees based on past licenses and market trends and tracked project status from quote to license.▪ Generated and analyzed quarterly licensing activity reports utilizing the data to inform immediate and long-term business decisions.

▪ Managed acquisition, creation, and delivery of all client audio needs including archival searches, analog to digital transfers, custom edits and mixes, file conversion, versions, and stems.▪ Worked with music supervisors and television executives to establish guidelines and processes for digital delivery of original score music from all Fox controlled television programs.
