I am currently a Finance and Business Analytics Major at the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University. I enjoy social settings, traveling, and being active to promote self-betterment. Growth is a core value of mine, as I believe growing skills such as being collaborative and adaptable helps me become a more well-rounded person.I have a background in sports, which taught me valuable lessons such as to never shy from a challenge, but embrace it head on. Being on the IU Men's Club Soccer team, I learned the importance of building relationships with new colleagues or teammates, which made me realize how much I enjoy working with a team. As a sports fanatic I have become a very strategic problem solver, and I enjoy dissecting challenges and producing solutions, which led me to becoming the IUMCS Marketing Chair.I was able to demonstrate my problem-solving skills in my accounting/tax internship with Stoneridge Inc., which introduced me to corporate finance and working within a large organization. I was also able to open myself up to business globally in my study abroad program in Nice, France studying business sustainability and finance. Adapting to a new culture changed me for the better as I opened up my horizons to wonderful experiences abroad. Through my studies and professional development, I have learned many skills useful for a career in finance, while also sharpening soft skills like flexibility and listening.
