Manager, Tax Operations
Current- Manage, lead, and mentor a team of direct reports, including supervisors, to foster professional growth and ensure operational excellence.- Spearhead the development of reliable and repeatable business processes aimed at delivering exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, finance, and product departments to develop playbooks, operating procedures, and communication protocols.- Utilize data-driven insights to measure and analyze operational performance, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and elevate customer satisfaction.- Lead and manage high-priority projects in collaboration with internal partners, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timely delivery of results.- Drive process improvements across both PEO (Professional Employer Organization), ASO (Administrative Service Organization), and Non-PEO product lines, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.- Proactively identify and report system and process gaps to mitigate risks and minimize potential errors or notices.- Foster a culture of collaboration by working closely with Payroll Engineering teams to address system issues and gaps, facilitating seamless operations.
