The TeachTown Social Skills Animations product was a massively successful new approach to teaching children with Autism complex social skills.

I started in the development department of Rocket Fish Studios and development partner Vibrant Animation developing content for BET and Spike TV. Later I moved into production management of the studio operations. Preschool content development was done under Terry Thoren (producer of Rugrats, Wild Thornberrys). I oversaw all overseas animation projects for Rocket Fish Studios, Los Angeles while managing the overseas studio in Manila which had up to 100 animators. Coordinated simultaneous production workflows and budgets with other animation studios around the globe. Oversaw the overseas design team to maintain outside brand integrity. Executed staffing decisions to match the flow of business.
