In his 26 years of providing engineering service, Mr. Capelle has developed the ability to effectively manage the design, planning, funding and implementation of municipal, water treatment, and water supply projects. Ryan has provided service on over 60 water treatment facilities and other water infrastructure projects during his career. Ryan’s background includes a Master’s degree in Infrastructure Systems Engineering from the University of Minnesota, feasibility studies, funding applications, water treatment facility design, lift stations, wells, development reviews, and street/utility reconstruction. His unique range of design and construction experience has enhanced his ability to provide quality designs that result in successful projects.
