In my position as Senior Geologist at Stantec, I assist clients with completion of pre-purchase due diligence of a wide-range of property types from large agricultural tracts to heavy industrial facilities. I have almost 30 years experience conducting a diverse range of environmental projects including Phase I Environmental Site Assessments, Phase II site characterization investigations, soil and groundwater remediation, underground storage tank assessments, regulatory site closure, hazardous materials investigations, and environmental compliance audits. My clients include large commercial real estate investors, developers, lenders, and the manufacturing and industrial sectors.
