Commercial Lifecycle Manager
CurrentAsset management and commercial support to an array of PFI, PF2, and IFM projects including collages, courts, fire stations, leisure centres, police stations, schools, and universities.• Cost anticipated lifecycle maintenance to contract variation requests.• Develop annual, five-year, and concession length lifecycle maintenance forecasts based on service specification requirements, asset condition surveys, and CAFM data.• Engage with a range of project stakeholders to encourage effective collaboration and maintain positive working relationships with clients.• Evaluate financial models to determine the adequacy of lifecycle funding for remaining concession periods.• Identify lifecycle surplus and extract, if appropriate, in line with contract mechanisms and timeframes.• Procure asset condition surveys in line with IPA guidance and service specification requirements.• Support the delivery of planned & reactive lifecycle works to ensure compliance and best value.
