Responsible for managing 20+ wholesaler footprint across 5 states (WA, OR, MT, ID, AK) & a regional sales team of 22 people. Job duties include all areas of wholesaler & market management with emphasis on annual market & financial planning, P&L management, brand strategy and implementation, new item introductions, brand standard alignment and retail execution, new item go to market strategy, channel strategy and new item creation and implementation within national grocery chains & on & off premise independent COT. Duties also include training and development of regional team members and cross department training, development & alignment with National On & Off Premise teams as well as Boston Beer Brand Development

Managed all Off Premise National Account calls for the Pacific Northwest (WA, OR, ID, AK, WY, MT, UT). Job consisted of calling on all off premise channels with an emphasis on Costco, Rite Aid & core IRI grocery chains with the goal of securing new distribution, feature activity and creating long term strategic programming to create visibility and increased share. Responsible for planning annual region chain budgets. Heavy involvement with chain category managers & buyers, Boston Beer Region Manager and District Managers to ensure execution at local levels through Boston Beer sales team as well as distributor execution.

Managed eight wholesalers in the state of Washington with two direct reports covering key accounts in King & Pierce Counties. Responsibilities include calling on National Accounts On & Off Premise, managing product inventory, POS management, creating and executing annual wholesaler brand plans, programs to increase sales and brand visibility, price management, media programs. Created a detailed plan for the Boston Beer Company Account Managers to grow sales and increase their readiness levels to take on the next role with Boston Beer.

Worked autonomously focusing on developing new accounts and maintaining current accounts within my territory. A high emphasis was placed on conducting promotional activities, building strong relationships with all accounts, executing tactics and overall business maintenance within the account base. My territory was Denver South/Mountains calling on all markets outside of Downtown Denver.
