I currently work as the Team Leader of the Client Success team within Yardi's Stirling office where we manage Yardi Kube. My day to day roles include managing, training, and acting as an escalation point for my team. I also assist clients with both Yardi Kube and Yardi Medusa, the co-working and flex space products Yardi offers to the market. This role involves dealing with the network infrastructure within business centre's such as switches, access points, and also VoIP systems. I also assist clients with booking, invoicing, and payment issues they may be facing on our systems. Additionally, I am also responsible for creating the pre-recorded training materials for the Yardi Kube and Yardi Medusa products and these are made available for both Yardi employees and our clients.
