Dispatching technicians to site for hardware failures. Escalating to correct teams for issues outside of 1st line scope (Customer care, VIP teams, Level 3 teams) Consistently giving the customer 100% satisfaction, even if we can't resolve the issue there and then, making sure they get a call-back and the issue resolved within an appropriate timescale.
