At Interstate Warehousing, we are the 4th largest public refrigerated warehouse company in the US, operating eight facilities that provide temperature-controlled solutions for the food industry. In my role as an Operations Supervisor, I am responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety objectives are achieved for each shift that I supervise at our Murfreesboro, TN location. My supply chain education background combined with tools that I have learned at Interstate Warehousing have helped me develop a collaborative management style where I work with multiple departments to enhance our labor utilization and warehouse throughput. I work with team leads and our operators to ensure we foster an environment where continuous improvement and safety are emphasized. My expertise with excel and resource planning enables our team to make data-driven decisions.
