Ryan is expert of tissue regeneration and medical device realization. For tissue regeneration, 3D bioabsorbable scaffolds is fabricated via workflow that he builds. Workflow is composed of two modules (composite biomaterial and miniature processing) that contribute to scaffold fabrication. For medical device realization, he is eager to co-work with physicians closely and accelerate projects, from clinical unmet need translation, product specification, and prototyping, to production, and the establishment of a Quality Management System.
